Coverage is subject to the Noblelift Warranty Policy, delivery date, operating hours, application, maintenance history and claim acceptance.

Claim Requirements

Warranty claim reports must be filed through Noblelift's online system. Warranty Delivery Forms must be submitted within 5 days after delivery to the end customer or dealer rental fleet.

Important Conditions

Repairs exceeding AUD $2,000 must be communicated to Noblelift Australia in advance. Warranty benefits are not transferable without written consent.

Common Exclusions

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper environments, over-capacity use, lack of maintenance, failure to follow the manual, consumables, transport costs for repair, shipping scratches or customer damage.

Wearable & Spare Parts

Wearable parts are generally covered for 6 months where applicable. Separate spare parts warranty is 6 months for standard spare parts and 12 months for assembly parts, subject to policy conditions.
